Abstract:
To provide a material supply method for a plasticizing apparatus and a material supply apparatus for a plasticizing apparatus that make a material supplied to the plasticizing apparatus into a plasticizable state in a state in which a fiber material is favorably dispersed, and a suppressible state of breakage of the reinforcing fiber material in the plasticizing apparatus.SOLUTION: In a material supply method for a plasticizing apparatus 11 in which a reinforcing fiber material F and a resin material R, which are separately supplied, are combined and supplied to the plasticizing apparatus 11, the reinforcing fiber material F and the resin material R are supplied to a same reservoir 49 from separate supply devices 36 and 44 from each other. The reinforcing fiber material F and the resin material R reserved in the reservoir 49 are heated. The reinforcing fiber material F and the resin material R heated in the reservoir 49 are supplied to a next step 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
