CONSTITUTION: An ordinary operating function to control a display driving circuit 11 so as to drive a display panel 10 based on the external input V, H, DATA, and CLK, and a specific operating function to control the display driving circuit 11 so as to drive the display panel 10 in a full radiative or full non-radiative state in spite of the external input V, H, DATA, and CLK are attached on a driving logic circuit 90 which controls the display panel 10 for display panel 10 driving, and the driving logic circuit 90 is set so as to be switched to a state where the ordinary operating function can be performed and a state where the specific operating function can be performed by an operating function change-over switch 110.
