Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-cushion mat such as a floor cushion and a mattress having ever-lasting puffy and excellent aesthetic appearance, when a user sits thereon or lies thereon, preventing the user from having a feeling of bottoming-out, preventing moisture from filling the inside, exerting favorable heat insulation performance, providing comfortable sitting and sleeping quality by distributing a load, capable of retaining a square shape thereof without shriveling the four corners, and when covering it by a cover, exerting further high-grade property.SOLUTION: A double-cushion mat comprises at least: a square underlay cushion plate layer 1 having multiple projections 2 formed on an upper face thereof; a down layer 3 in which downs are sealed therein, formed on the upper side thereof; a cushion inner bag 4 in which the underlay cushion plate layer 1 is stored; and a down inner bag 5 that is filled with downs to be formed into the down layer 3. The cushion inner bag 4 and the down inner bag 5 are integrally sewn and configured into such a size that an outer periphery of the down inner bag 5 is projected from the periphery of the cushion inner bag 4 in which the underlay cushion plate layer 1 is stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
