Abstract:
To provide a mattress device capable of enlarging the effective use area by hardening the periphery of a spring structure.
The mattress device comprises the spring structure 1 formed with a spring 2 having a coil part 3, a first elastic material 11 mounted on the outer surface of the spring structure, a reinforcing projecting part formed on the inner surface of the first elastic material to be inserted between pitches of the coil part located in the periphery of the spring structure, a second elastic material 18 mounted on the upper and lower faces formed by the spring structure and the first elastic material, and a covering material 21 covering the first and the second elastic materials.
