Abstract:
To provide a maturation device, a lid material, a maturation material and a maturation method capable of maturing even sake after being bottled at a similar level to sake which is matured in a scuttle butt, and facilitating adjustment of a maturation degree.SOLUTION: A maturation device is configured so that, a rod-shaped maturation material 110 for maturing wine 300 is inserted into an internal part from an opening of a vessel 200, and a closing part 121 having a closing structure closes an opening of the vessel 200 by a lid part 120, and on a side where the opening of the vessel 200 is closed from an external part, one end side of the maturation material 110 in a longitudinal direction is held by a maturation material holding part 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
