PURPOSE: To measure a number of types of surface-mount-type circuit elements inexpensively.

CONSTITUTION: A pattern wiring 5B is provided radially in two cross directions at the center on the surface of a measurement board 1B before forming an opening 8. In the pattern wiring 5B, the spacing between adjacent patterns matches the pin spacing of a circuit element to be measured. The opening 8 corresponding to the outside dimensions of the body part of the circuit element is provided at the center of the pattern wiring 5 and the pin of the circuit element is placed overlapping on onto the pattern wiring 5B around the opening 8 and pressed to it. A pattern 26 for connector which is provided at the periphery part of the substrate and the pattern wiring 5B are connected by a jumper wire and a measurement signal is exchanged between the outside and the circuit element via a connected installed at the pattern 26 for connector. Therefore, different types of measurement boards may be prepared for each pin spacing of different circuit elements.
