PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device that can change a setting value at a wait-time interval of an amount of change corresponding to a touch pressure when a user touches an operation unit.SOLUTION: A measurement device consists of: a control unit 12; a memory 13; a measurement unit 14 that executes measurement processing and transmits the result of the measurement processing to the control unit 12; and a touch panel 15 that includes an operation unit 16 inputting necessary information and a display unit 17 displaying a computation result based on input information to the operation unit 16. The operation unit 16 is arranged so as to enable increase or decrease in a setting numerical value of a touch position during an initial touch input, and a measurement of an initial touch pressure at that time. When the touch input is continued, a current touch pressure is compared with the initial touch pressure, and the operation unit 16 is configured to enable a change of the increase or decrease in the setting numerical value by an amount of change of an initial wait-time interval when the current touch pressure is equal to the initial touch pressure, by the amount of change of the wait-time interval shorter than the initial wait-time interval when the current touch pressure is stronger than the initial touch pressure, and by the amount of change of the wait-time interval longer than the initial wait-time interval when the current touch pressure is weaker than the initial touch pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
