Title:
MEASURING CELL BASED ON PRINCIPLE OF MAGNETIC FORCE COMPENSATION USING PHOTOELECTRON POSITION DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013181979
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a position detector for a balance based on a principle of electromagnetic force compensation.

A measuring cell 1 has: a load receiver 3 which works for receiving weight force of a measuring weight 4; a permanent magnet system 5 which accompanies a gap 6; a coil 8 which is movably suspended to the gap 6, and transmits flow of compensation current 7 when it operates in a measuring mode; and a force transmission mechanical connection part 9 between the load receiver 3 and the coil 8. A photoelectron position detector including: a light source 12; a light receiver 13; and a shutter blade 10 which is firmly connected to the movable force transmission mechanical connection part further is present, the center point of the light source 12 and the light receiver 13 regulates an optical axis, the light source 12 and the light receiver 13 are arranged to face each other at a spatial interval, and the shutter blade 10 is movably disposed at shutter distance on the optical axis between the light source 12 and the light receiver 13.
