Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make attachment of a detector easy and to accurately measure the deviation between the axes of a container and its stem.
CONSTITUTION: In a measuring device for an extruding press core, a heating billet 12 is stored in a container holder 10, displacement sensors 19, 25 which can measure the axial core of the container holder 10 are mounted on the container holder 10 of the extruding press which presses a heating billet 12 through stems 4, 5 and extrudes an extruded product and the displacement sensors 19, 25 are arranged at a place which can measure the axial cores of the stems 4, 5.
