Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device which can secure resolution which is required at the whole measuring range of a gage, when outputting analog signals by using one signal line.
SOLUTION: A counter 15 stores target values set previously in different values over the whole measuring range of the gage 13 to a plurality of target value setting registers 52, one target value setting register of the plurality of the target value setting registers 52 is selected by a selector 55, the difference between the target value of the selected target value setting register 52 and a counted value by a pulse signal from the gage 13 is calculated by an arithmetic circuit 41, and the calculated difference (digital output data) is output to be converted into an analog voltage signal by the D/A converter 34a in a data output circuit 34. The analog voltage signal output from the D/A converter 34a is output to a sequencer 11 through one signal wire 36.
