PURPOSE: To use a stoppage time measuring and displaying device for regulation of nuisance parking and illegal parking by utilizing the holder of a side mirror mounted on the outside of an automobile to successively measure stoppage time and forcedly display it.

CONSTITUTION: A measuring display device 3 for measuring the time from the stoppage of an automobile and momentarily displaying it is provided in the inner part of the holder 2 of a fender mirror 1 so that the time 5 of a time display part 4 can be read by the back rear surface of holder. The time display part 4 has a pilot lamp 6, so that it can attract attention during time counting and the displayed time is easy to read even in the night.
