Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a multichannel frequency measurement equipment possible to make small in scale and of few system losses.
CONSTITUTION: An input signal 1 is distributed to a plurality of signals by an input signal distributor 2 and the plurality of distributed signals is respectively attenuated by an attenuator 4. The plurality of signals from the attenuator 4 is synthesized by a microwave lens 6, and output levels of the microwave lens 6 are compared and frequencies are measured by a level comparison circuit 7.
