Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a pre-processing of a sample and conveniently measure the material in molecular form, attached to a surface of a particle material floating in the air.
SOLUTION: A sample sheet 14 for collecting the particle material is fixed to a holding part 16 in a container 12, the sheet 14 is cooled by a cooling part 18, and is evacuated by a pump 34. A laser light is irradiated from a heating laser apparatus 22 via a window 20 and heats and vaporizes the particle material collected on the sample sheet 14. A laser light from a fluorescence measuring laser apparatus 26 is irradiated and is synchronized with the laser light from the laser apparatus 22. The laser light, from the laser apparatus 26, is concentrated and is irradiated in a gaseous material of the measurement material heated and vaporized on the sample sheet 14. The fluorescence generated is measured by a fluorescence spectrometer 32.
