To provide a measuring method and a measuring device which can measure a moisture content in a laminate containing a film, and to provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell module, the solar cell module, and an evaluation method of the solar cell module.

The measuring method includes: a process (first process) for irradiating a laminate 1 formed of a film 11 and substrates 12, 13 with an infrared ray along a lamination direction, and measuring a transmission infrared absorption spectrum of the laminate 1; and a process (second process) for determining absorption peak intensity in the range of 5,200-5,350 cm-1 of the transmission infrared absorption spectrum, and obtaining the moisture content in the laminate 1 from the absorption peak intensity.
