To make it possible to decide accurately rotational frequencies of EC motors in a simple fashion.
At least a correction value is derived to memorize for compensating, at least, an influence quantity of allowable error or allowable deviation to rotational frequency signals so as to correct rotational frequency signals by use of the correction value.
