Title:
MEASURING METHOD OF UNNECESSARY COMPONENT IN WHEEL SIX-COMPONENT MEASURING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3962404
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an unnecessary component superimposed on a detection output of a six-component load cell by a simple work, in a wheel six-component measuring system.
SOLUTION: In the first process, the weight Wh_wt of a tire-attached wheel is measured. In the second process, the six-component load cell is mounted on a jacked-up vehicle, and a component of force Fw_0 in the w-axis direction of the six-component load cell is detected. In the third process, the vehicle is jacked down and moved, and the inclination θ0 of the w-axis at the movement start time is calculated. In the fourth process, an external force Fwh_0 in the w-axis direction by the weight Wh_wt of the tire-attached wheel in the jacked-up state is calculated. In the fifth process, the unnecessary component is calculated by subtracting the external force Fwh_0 in the w-axis direction by the weight of the tire-attached wheel from the component of force (Fw_0) in the w-axis direction of the six-component load cell detected in the second process.
