Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of evaluating surface wettability of an object, at high speed in a nondestructive manner.SOLUTION: A measuring method related to a certain situation includes: a step for irradiating an object OBJ with ultraviolet rays; a step for detecting fluorescence produced in the object OBJ; and a step for outputting a value showing surface wettability of the object from intensity of the detected fluorescence. A measurement method related to another situation includes: a step for irradiating the object with the ultraviolet rays; a step for detecting the fluorescence produced in the object; and a step for outputting intensity of the fluorescence detected as a value showing the surface wettability of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
