Abstract:
To provide a measurement system that simplifies a configuration.SOLUTION: A measurement system is comprised of: a stator-side unit installed on a stator side of a rotating machine, which comprises: a stator-side antenna, an oscillator that oscillates a microwave signal and outputs it to the stator side antenna, and a receiving unit that demodulates and outputs a desired signal from the microwave signal received by the stator-side antenna; and a rotor-side unit installed on the rotor side of the rotating machine, which comprises: a sensor, a rotor-side antenna that receives the microwave transmitted by the stator-side antenna and outputs a microwave signal, a power converter that converts the received microwave signal into predetermined DC power and outputs it, and a modulator that modulates a rotor output signal, which is the microwave signal output by the rotor-side antenna, or a multiplied rotor output signal obtained by multiplying a frequency of the rotor output signal based on the sensor output signal and outputs it to the rotor-side antenna while using the DC power output by the power converter as a power source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
