Abstract:
To solve the problem wherein synthesis is made with dimensions being different from those of a measurement workpiece when automatically synthesizing measurement point group data obtained in first photographing and those obtained in second photographing.
A measurement workpiece 5 is fixed by a measuring tool 1 having a positioning reference 6, the workpiece 5 is photographed including the positioning reference 6, and the positioning reference 6 photographed when overlapping data is used for accurate alignment.
