PURPOSE: To enable to pick up only the output to desired measuring amount, by preparing two sets of the detection elements having almost the same impedance to non-measurement amount and keeping the measuring amount of either one to a constant value.
CONSTITUTION: The impedance of the detection elements 1, 2 is changed on the two or more measureing amounts and they are connected in series with each other. Further, the output voltage signal V is picked up from the junction point of the detection elements 1, 2. When the output signal as to the impedance change of the detection element to humidity, as the detection elements 1, 2, the element almost equal in the impedance change in the temperature of non-measuring amount not required is selected to keep the humidity of the detection element 2, then the output signal V is a function of only the humidity of the detection element 1. Accordingly, the output signal of the detection element to only one measuring amount required can be obtained, which is impossible with one detection element.
