Abstract:
To provide a meat conveying device and a meat processing device in which a work load can be reduced when meat is aligned.SOLUTION: A meat conveying device 1B includes: a conveyor device 30 for conveying multi-row edible meat arranged in a width direction Y in the conveyance direction perpendicular to the width direction Y; a stopper device 40 provided at a transport path of the meat, and configured to switch between a state of regulating the movement of the meat and the state of not regulating the movement of the meat; and a controller device for controlling the operation of the conveyor device 30. The controller device switches the conveyance direction of the meat by the conveyor device 30 in a longitudinal direction X. The stopper device 40 includes a first stopper 41 capable of coming in abutment with the rear end surface of the multi-row meat, and regulating the movement of the meat to the rear, when the conveyor device 30 conveys the meat backward; and a second stopper 42 capable of coming in abutment with the front end face of the multi-row meat, and regulating the movement of the meat to the front, when the conveyor device 30 conveys the meat forward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
