PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vehicle's adhering substances from entering inside a building.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device 1 comprises an entering section 3 comprised inside a building 2, and an entering port 4 provided on a wall surface 2a of the building 2 in communication with the entering section 3. An adhering substance removal device 9 is provided on a door frame 8 for a door 5 of the entering port 4. The adhering substance removal device 9 comprises an upper spray nozzle 10 provided on an upper frame part 8a of the door frame 8, and a side spray nozzle 11 provided on a left frame part and a right frame part 8c. Detection means 13 for a vehicle 7 is provided on an upstream side in a vehicle entering direction X of the entering port 4. When detecting the vehicle 7 entering to the entering port 4 by the detection means 13, air 12 is injected from the upper spray nozzle 10 and the side spray nozzle 11, and flow of the air 12 including a flow component of the direction toward the upstream side of the vehicle entering direction X is applied to a vehicle body surface of the vehicle 7, thereby making adhering substances 16 of the vehicle 7 move toward the upstream side of the vehicle entering direction X and removing them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
