This mechanical proportional controller for mixing a plurality of constituent materials and sending the resultant mixture comprises a reciprocating pump 12, a first and a second pump lower part members 16, 18 having mutually parallel reciprocating axes and positioned at mutually shifted positions in the axial direction as to make the distance between the reciprocating axes the minimum, and a yoke for joining the first and the second pump lower part members 16, 18 with the pump 12. The pump axis is attached to the yoke between the first and the second pump lower part members 16, 18.
