Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make straight traveling of a moving element smoother by providing a magnet for driving a moving element that is magnetized with S and N poles alternated on one side of the moving element and stator and a magnetic pole detecting element on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 has a ?-shaped base for the rotor in which magnets (Mg)4-1 and 4-2 for magnetic floating are fixed on the both ends of the inner bottom 3a. Between those magnets groups 5 of coils comprising three coils as one set and shaped like frame and a magnet pole detecting element 6 such as hole element for detecting S pole and N pole Mg8 for driving the moving element 2 are fixed. On the other hand the moving element 2 is constituted with a moving element substrate 7, the Mg8 that is magnetized with S poles and N poles alternating with an equal distance and for driving the moving element and Mg 9-1 and 9-2 for magnetic floating. With this arrangement the moving element is capable of traveling smoothly on a straight line and minute control of traveling is feasible.
