To provide a mechanism for mounting and dismounting a blade, which has excellent workability for mounting and dismounting the blade and is inexpensive and can easily be assembled.
The mechanism is provided with an axially reciprocating plunger 20 that has a slit 20d into which a blade 27 is inserted and a through hole 20e which penetrates at least until the slit in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction, an engaging pin 40 that engages with the wall of the slit by pushing, and a compression coil spring 41 and a holder spring 32 at the tip end portion of the plunger, which give elastic force in the direction almost perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the plunger. The blade 27 can be mounted and dismounted by pushing the engaging pin or releasing the pushing of the engaging pin by turning a holder knob 31.
