Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of the shaft and the hole by providing both the shaft and the hole made in a link plate with stoppers for regulating the angles of rotations of link bodies, in a cable drag chain which accommodates cables, hoses, etc., inside and are coupled with pluralities of link bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A cable drag chain 20 is constituted by coupling a plurality of link bodies 27 flexibly, each of which is composed of a pair of link plates 21 and 22 and coupling levers 25 and 36 for coupling these upper and lower sides 23 and 24. The fellow adjacent link bodies 27 are coupled with each other flexibly by the engagement between the coupling pins 34 and 35 made in each plate 21 and 22 and the engaging holes 36 and 37. Hereupon, the coupling pin 35 is projected together with inward stoppers 81 and 82, inside the circular recess 131 made at the inside of the link plate. Moreover, the engaging grooves 37 are made, together with the outward stoppers 76 and 77, at the circular projections 122 made at the outsides of the link plates, and are abutted against the stoppers 81 and 82, respectively, so as to regulate the rotation of the link bodies 27.
