Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection/disconnection mechanism for suitably reducing a sound and vibration when second connection/disconnection teeth of a connection/disconnection sleeve collide with first connection/disconnection teeth of a first rotating body.SOLUTION: In a connection/disconnection sleeve 40, a cushioning material 78 is arranged at one end face 40d out of end faces 38e, 40d at a side at which internal peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 38a of a ring gear 38 and external peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 40a of the connection/disconnection sleeve 40 approach each other at a non-engagement position. Therefore, even if the connection/disconnection sleeve 40 is moved to an engagement position by an energization force of a return spring 42, and the external peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 40a of the connection/disconnection sleeve 40 collide with the internal peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 38a of the ring gear 38, a collision of the external peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 40a of the connection/disconnection sleeve 40 and the internal peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 38a of the ring gear 38 is buffered by the cushioning material 78, and a sound and vibration which are generated when the external peripheral connection/disconnection teeth 40a of the connection/disconnection sleeve 40 collide with the internal peripheral teeth 38a of the ring gear 38 can be suitably reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
