PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal game machine of a new play mode type by utilizing dropping of a medal.SOLUTION: A medal game machine includes: a pusher base 6 that moves a medal within a play area F; rails 71a-71c where a circulation ball B1 moves in a circulating manner, depending on play progress; a lottery sensor 72 that detects that the circulation ball B1 reaches the rail 71a; and a lottery device 74 that performs a lottery by a lottery ball B2 being a ball different from the circulation ball B1, depending on output of the lottery sensor 72.
