Abstract:
To provide a medium discharge device capable of reducing downtime.SOLUTION: A medium discharge device 1 comprises loading tables 11 and 21 on which a medium M is loaded, loading table elevation drive units (elevation drive units) 15 and 25 for lifting the loading tables 11 and 21, and a control unit 51 for controlling the loading table elevation drive units 15 and 25. The control unit 51 at least controls the loading table elevation drive units 15 and 25 so as to cause the loading tables 11 and 21 to perform an unloading/lowering operation for lowering the medium M to taking-out heights H1 and H2 on the basis of the fact that the discharge of the medium M stops in the middle before a loading amount of the medium M on the loading tables 11 and 21 reaches the loading capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
