Abstract:
To provide a media support device capable of easily changing settings to a roll width of media.SOLUTION: A media support device includes a support mechanism 30 for rotatably supporting a roll around which sheet-like media are wound, and a guide member 71 extending in a first direction parallel to an axial line of the roll for supporting the support mechanism 30 slidably in the first direction. The support mechanism 30 includes a roll support member for supporting the roll, a support member 50 having a rotary shaft for rotatably supporting the roll support member and an insertion hole 52a penetrating in the first direction, through which the guide member 71 is inserted, and a fixing part 60 having a rotating eccentric cam for 61 fixing the support member 50 to the guide member 71 unslidably by the rotation of the eccentric cam 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
