Abstract:
To provide a medical adhesive exhibiting excellent performance in adhesive strength by gelatinization, curability, coatability or the like to a part fro which a large amount of body fluid is bled in other biological tissues during surgery, and capable of optionally adjusting self decomposition and flexibility to the biological tissues, and a powder spray device therefor.SOLUTION: A first reaction agent consisting of a powder of aldehyde α-glucan and a second reaction agent consisting of a powder of partially carboxylated poly-L-lysin to have remaining amino group percentage 70 to 93% by reacting succinic acid anhydride and glutamic acid anhydride are mixed in advance to prepare a mixed adhesive powder. An application is conducted by using a funnel member 1 supplying the mixed adhesive powder into an air flow tube for application 4 and a vibration motor 2 vibrating the same, and a powder spray device 10 with a bypass air flow tube 8 flowing compressed air during application and waiting to have one time applied amount of 20 to 50 mg/cm2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
