Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a method for high-frequency bonding of a bag-like main body constituting a medical care bag and parts such as opening parts (an opening for transfusion, an opening for infusion, a communication piece and a connecting opening) welded on the upper part of the bag-like main body and tubes (each tube for sampling of blood, transfusion, infusion and connection).
CONSTITUTION: A medical care bag 1 is prepd. by means of high-frequency bonding of opening parts 4 and/or the end faces of the lower parts of tubes 3 on the upper part of a bag-like main body 2 consisting of a flexible synthetic resin sheet 7. The medical care bag 1 is prepd. by the following processes. A process wherein an opening part 4 constituting the bag 1 and/or the end faces of the lower parts of tubes 3 are welded on the sheet 7 being horizontally or vertically laid down, is provided. In addition, a process wherein the sheet 7 is folded into two by using the opening part 4 and/or the tubes 3 as the center and after peripheral edge parts of the opening part 4 and/or the tubes 3 are welded, the outer edge part of the sheet 7 is welded (or a process wherein the peripheral edge part of the opening part 4 and/or the tubes 3 and the outer edge part of the sheet; are simultaneously welded to form it into a bag-like shape), is provided.
