Abstract:
To provide a medical device capable of imaging a biological lumen such as a blood vessel without administering a contrast medium into a living body.SOLUTION: A medical device 100 includes: an elongated shaft 110 having a distal end 111 and a proximal end 113; and an imaging member 120 where the area of an axis orthogonal cross section is smaller than that of the shaft.
