Abstract:
PURPOSE: To resolve such problems as the safety, flexibility, transparency, and high-pressure steam sterilization resistance of a material by forming the inner wall face of a medical double-chamber container with a polymer composition material of a polypropylene polymer and a styrene thermoplastic elastomer.
CONSTITUTION: When storage chambers 5 of this medical double-chamber container 1 are pressed, an adhesive section 4 is peeled to communicate two storage chambers 5, and medical liquids are mixed. The inner wall of the medical double-chamber container 1 are made of a polymer composition material of a polypropylene polymer and a styrene thermoplastic elastomer. A block copolymer selected from the block (polystyrene-ethylene butylene copolymer- polystyrene), block (polystyrene-ethylene propylene copolymer-polystyrene), block (polystyrene-ethylene butylene copolymer-polyethylene), and block (polystyrene-ethylene propylene copolymer-polyethylene) is used for the styrene thermoplastic elastomer.
