The medical examinee confirmation device includes first and second imaging portions 11, 21 for applying infrared light on a face of a test subject P and generates first and second image data; first and second image processing portions 12, 22 for processing the first and second image data to generate three-dimensional data, digitalizing the generated three-dimensional data, and generating first and second face data for identifying the face of the test subject P; and a medical examination card 30 for storing the first face data generated in the first image processing portion 12. The medical examinee confirmation device collates the second face data generated in the second image processing portion 22 with the first face data stored in the medical examination card 30 possessed by the test subject P, and decides whether the face of the test subject P, corresponding to the first face data and the face of the test subject P possessing the medical examination card 30 matches.
