Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture with a small size and high reliability by laminating plural electrode patterns in one dielectric board thereby arranging an internal circuit in three-dimensions.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric board is formed by laminating and pressing plural ceramic green sheets 101-114 each with a prescribed electrode pattern formed thereto and baking the laminated board in bundle. Thus, since the internal circuits arranged in two-dimensions are arranged in three-dimensions in the inside of the dielectric board, the circuit area for entire components is made small. Since electrode patterns are in crossing without mutual contact in the inside of the dielectric board, it is not required to make the width of a center electrode narrow different from a conventional technology thereby reducing an insertion loss. Moreover, an integral structure is adopted, even when the patterns are arranged while the interval between the electrode patterns is made very close to each other, a sufficiently large strength is ensured. As a result, the electric symmetry between the center electrodes is kept to an excellent state.
