To provide a medical image display device, a diagnosis support image generation program and a medical image display method, capable of improving the work efficiency of a technician and a doctor or the like and the accuracy of a diagnosis by supporting the diagnosis so as to reduce preparation work, immediately confirm an object using an image and start treatment.
The medical image display device includes: a reception part 4a for acquiring three-dimensional image data acquired by photographing a subject; a branching point specifying part 4b for extracting an area where a blood vessel to be the object of display is present using the three-dimensional image data and specifying a branching point in the blood vessel within the area using either thinning processing or blood vessel search processing; a display condition setting part 4c for setting the display condition of the blood vessel for which the branching point is specified by the branching point specifying part 4b; and a transmission part 4d for transmitting the image information of the blood vessel having the display condition set by the display condition setting part 4c to a display means 2g.
