This medical image processing system is provided with an operation screen information creation means 7b creating operation screen information for displaying an operation screen using a three-dimensional image capable of changing the sight line direction as a reference image for creating a curved section image along a prescribed curve based on medical image database 4 storing medical image data collected in a medical diagnosis device and the three-dimensional image data created from the medical image data stored in the medical image database 4; and a curved section image creation means 7c creating the curved section image data for displaying the position of the curved section image on the reference image into a belt shape and displaying the curved section image on the operation screen based on the information received from an input means 5 and the three-dimensional image data.
