To solve the problem that it is impossible to safely or easily set information related with a contract such as the change of measurement items or a sensor or use provider in a patient terminal from a server.
This system is provided with not only a data server 4 for storing the biological information of a patient but also a setting server for dealing with only contract information such as the change of measurement items or a sensor or use provider in a patient terminal 1. Then, the contract information is downloaded as necessary according to an access from the patient terminal 1.
