Abstract:
To provide information indicating consistency between a ground of inference associated with diagnosis related to a similar case and a ground of inference associated with diagnosis for a target subject.SOLUTION: In a medical information processing apparatus, a consistency information provision processing unit comprises: a collection section; a quantization section; a consistency evaluation section; and a display section. The collection section collects first medical examination information of a first subject, and collects second medical examination information of at least one second subject associated with a similar case of the first subject. The quantization section determines a first index indicating a degree of a ground of first inference in first diagnosis for the first subject on the basis of a diagnosis purpose for the first subject, in the first medical examination information. The consistency evaluation section generates consistency information associated with evaluation of consistency between the first inference and second inference on the basis of a second index indicating a degree of a ground of the second inference in second diagnosis for the second subject, and the first index, in the second medical examination information.
