Abstract:
To reduce the burdens of doctors and assist in quickening responses when determining the appropriateness of current handling of medicine administered to a relevant patient.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device pertaining to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a determination unit, a generation unit, and a transmission control unit. The determination unit determines whether or not an alarm is needed on the basis of management information that pertains to administration of medicine prescribed to a relevant patient, state transition information that indicates a possibility of a current health state of the relevant patient having transitioned from a health state as of when the medicine was prescribed, and electronic medical record information regarding the administration of the relevant patient. The generation unit generates alarm information regarding the administration to the relevant patient when it is determined by the determination unit that the alarm is needed. The transmission control unit transmits the alarm information regarding the administration to the relevant patient to an address which is accessible by at least a first terminal of a doctor in charge of the relevant patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
