PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of acetone and the deterioration of medicinal virtues by receiving sugar and/or sugar alcohol as a liquid component and other liquid drug component in separate containers connected by a communication pipe.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-coagulant solution or erythrocyte preserving solution is separated into sugar and/or sugar alcohol A1 and other liquid drug component A2 to be received in a bag main body 2 and a child bag 8. A tube body 10 having a plug body 9 is provided to the bag main body 2 and a tube body 12 having a plug body 11 is also provided to the child bag 8 to be connected to communication pipes 3, 6 by a T-shape pipe 5. The concn. of acetone in a liquid component to be received is set to below 0.3μg/ml. Further, the concn. of dissolved oxygen is reduced to 0.1mg/l or less to perform heat-sterilization. The concentration of dissolved oxygen is lowered by the substitution with nitrogen or inert gas. A liquid drug to be used becomes pH5 or more at the time of the mixing with sugar and/or sugar alcohol. The heat-sterilization is pref. performed at 100°C or less within 1hr.
