Abstract:
To provide a medical instrument washing and disinfecting device with low supply voltage and little electric current consumption.
This medical instrument washing and disinfecting device for washing medical instruments is provided with a washing and disinfecting chamber 4 for arranging the medical instruments; a washing and disinfecting chamber door 41 for opening/closing the washing and disinfecting chamber; nozzles 42-44 for jetting wash water to the medical instruments arranged in the washing and disinfecting chamber 4; a pump 31 for transporting the wash water to the nozzles; and a heater 6 for heating liquid for steam. The heater 6 and the pump 31 are controlled not to be driven simultaneously to suppress power consumption.
