The medical microscope comprises illuminating optical systems 9, 10 for illuminating a subject and at least one or more imaging elements 8a, 8b for photographing an observation image of the subject. The light source 9 in the illuminating optical system is constituted of at least two LED light sources for emitting lights of different wavelength areas, respective LEDs are arranged so that the center of an optical axis of converged light is approximately coaxial, and each of the imaging elements 8a, 8b has sensitivity corresponding to at least one wavelength area of the LEDs.
