An estimated report completion time in the institute A1 is calculated based on the discrimination result of the time zone and the time (Japan time) of receiving the reading request information. The report completion time of the institute A1 based on the time zone to which the hospital D1 is belonging is calculated based on the calculation result of the estimated report completion time (A country time). Institute delivery information including the calculated report completion time (D country time) is distributed to a client terminal 19 of the hospital D1. The person in charge in the hospital D1 easily obtains the completion time of the diagnostic reading report based on the distributed institute delivery information.
