Abstract:
PURPOSE: To display the real time motion of data and to realize random access.
CONSTITUTION: A medical picture storage medium which can carry contains an optical compact disk which can record data. The compact disk 10 has a first recording area for recording plural digital medical pictures compressed without the loss and a second storage area recording plural compressed digital medical pictures with the loss. When one case study, namely, a set of the medical pictures exceed capacity required for recording all the compressed digital medical pictures without the loss in one CD 10, respective CD record the whole compressed digital medical pictures with the loss.
