Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent deformation and breakage of a vibrating raw material case in a accumulation type device for packing midribs into a case.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material case is retained below a movable hopper 52 to which midribs are dropped. A rectangular case front pressing plate 27 for pressing the front of the raw material case and a rectangular case rear pressing plate 28 for pressing the rear of the raw material case are installed in a gate state. The rectangular case front pressing plate 27 are opened and closed by a link 27a and a cylinder 27b. The rectangular case rear pressing plate 28 is opened and closed by the a link 28a and a cylinder 28b. Four rectangular case side pressing plates 29 for pressing the sides of the raw material case are installed. The four case side pressing plates 29 are opened and closed by four cylinders 29, respectively. The raw material case is retained between the case front pressing plate 27, the case rear pressing plate 28 and the case side pressing plates 29.
