To provide a medical solution filling tube for a medical solution feeder enlarging its diameter into an approximately fixed tubular shape and uniformly extending according to the filling of medical solution and to provide its manufacturing method.
This medical solution filling tube 2 to be installed in an outer cylinder 10 of the medical solution feeder 1 is formed of a material with rubber elasticity into the tubular shape. This medical solution filling tube is provided with opening parts 21 for filling/injecting the medical solution at its one end or both ends and is enlarged and extended according to the filling of the medical solution. The wall thickness distribution of the rubber constituting the tube is so formed that the thickness of the central part side is thicker than the both end sides in the tube length and the tube diameter is approximately fixed as a whole when being filled with the medical solution. The manufacturing method of the medical solution filling tube 2 for the medical solution feeder is so formed that the main component of the material is rubber, additive giving an orientation thereto is mixed thereto and kneaded, and the kneaded material is rolled between rollers to give the orientation, wound around a core metal 33 for retaining the orientation and vulcanized in a mold 31.
