This medical solution infusion device is provided with a piston drive mechanism 130 for extractably/retractably moving a piston 220 relative to a cylinder member, and a load cell 138 for detecting the pressure of the medical solution in a syringe. When the pressure of the medical solution detected by the load cell 138 exceeds a predetermined upper limit, the piston drive mechanism 130 stops the operation of extracting the piston. After that, the piston drive means 130 pulls back the piston 220 within a range of preventing the inside of the syringe from getting a negative pressure. This constitution can reduce the pressure of the medical solution in the syringe 200 and a tube T to prevent the leakage of the medical solution even if an operator turns a knob of a stopcock.
