To control a specified dose of powder drug to a patient by controlling the flowing-back of air through an air flow path and thereby preventing the powder drug from stocking to a supply valve.
Each of paths 16 for controlling the flowing-back of air is provided between a pump-side passageway 15 and a powder drug receiving chamber 7, and is formed into a low resistant circular passage part on the pump-side passageway 15 side and a high-resistant cross passage part consisting of four notched paths on the powder drug receiving chamber 7 side. Consequently, the air supplied from a pump part 19 can be smoothly circulated from the low resistant circular passage part to the high resistant cross passage part, so that the air flow is positively supplied into a capsule from a pin inserting hole 9. On the other hand, if the air happens to flow back toward the pump-side passageway 15 side, the air is prevented from being permeated into each of the paths 16 for controlling the flowing-back of the air. Thus it is possible to intercept the flowing-back of the air to the pump-side passageway 15 side.
